This o-ring is supplied in AS568-418 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A with an inside diameter of 3.6 in (91.44 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.15 in (105.41 mm), catalogued under part number HS70418. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. It resists heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or strong oxidizing acids.
