568-418 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Ordered as U90418, this is an AS568-418 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.6 in (91.44 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.15 in (105.41 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to ozone, impact and shock loading, and extrusion under high pressure. Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. Applications involving prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases call for a different compound.
