568-419 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70419 is an AS568-419 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.725 in (94.62 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.275 in (108.59 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or ketones.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, automotive air conditioning, and engine timing systems.
