This material stands up to ozone, UV and weathering, water and steam, and ketones. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is known for good electrical insulating characteristics and very good flexibility at low temperature. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
