568-420 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

Part number TES70420 is an AS568-420 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.85 in (97.79 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.4 in (111.76 mm). PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is specified for excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling and a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface. This material stands up to steam, strong acids and solvents, and nearly all process chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing will shorten service life.
