The HSN90420 is an AS568-420 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.85 in (97.79 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.4 in (111.76 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or esters.

Typical settings include engine timing systems, automotive air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration.
