-424 BROWN FKM 75D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-424 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 4.35 in (110.49 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.9 in (124.46 mm), catalogued under part number VB75424. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.
