APG stocks the HSN90424, an AS568-424 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.35 in (110.49 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.9 in (124.46 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones are present.

Typical settings include oilfield and downhole equipment, heavy-duty powertrain, and automotive air conditioning.
