HSN90425 is an AS568-425 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.475 in (113.67 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.025 in (127.64 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with ketones or esters.
