568-426 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

U90426 is an AS568-426 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.6 in (116.84 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.15 in (130.81 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for very high tensile strength and load capacity, exceptional abrasion resistance. It resists ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and petroleum oils. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where acids and bases or hot water and steam are present.

Typical settings include off-highway equipment, construction machinery, and high-pressure fluid power.
