Part number U70429 is an AS568-429 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.975 in (126.37 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.525 in (140.34 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and abrasion and wear. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for very high tensile strength and load capacity, exceptional abrasion resistance.
