568-430 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

APG stocks the U90430, an AS568-430 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.1 in (129.54 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.65 in (143.51 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for exceptional abrasion resistance and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and abrasion and wear. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature are present.

Typical settings include off-highway equipment, press and forming equipment, and hydraulic cylinders.

Stocked as U90430 and sold individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 5 1/8 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
