-431 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

The H50431 is an AS568-431 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.225 in (132.72 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.775 in (146.69 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists water, many alcohols, and greases and lubricants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) offers the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Verify compatibility before use with polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight.
