The HSN90433 is an AS568-433 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.475 in (139.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.025 in (153.04 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
