568-435 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

Part number TES70435 is an AS568-435 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.725 in (145.42 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.275 in (159.39 mm). As a material, PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone offers excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core. It resists wide temperature swings, nearly all process chemicals, and strong acids and solvents. The material carries a published service range of -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to installation over sharp edges or tight-radius dynamic flexing will shorten service life.

Typical settings include chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and cryogenic and high-temperature equipment.
