Part number HS70436 is an AS568-436 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.85 in (148.59 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.4 in (162.56 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.
