APG stocks the HSN90438, an AS568-438 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.225 in (158.12 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.775 in (172.09 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to sour gas and amine inhibitors, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
