568-442 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Part number U90442 is an AS568-442 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.225 in (183.52 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.775 in (197.49 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for very high tensile strength and load capacity, outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. The compound resists abrasion and wear, impact and shock loading, and extrusion under high pressure. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases.

Typical settings include hydraulic cylinders, mining and heavy equipment, and press and forming equipment.
