-443 BLACK CHEMOURS VITON 75D O-RING

VITON75443 is an AS568-443 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.475 in (189.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.025 in (203.84 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or ketones and esters call for a different compound.

Common environments for this compound include semiconductor equipment, high-temperature process equipment, and chemical processing.
