568-444 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

U70444 is an AS568-444 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.725 in (196.22 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.275 in (210.19 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists extrusion under high pressure, ozone, and abrasion and wear. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in acids and bases or hot water and steam.
