568-445 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90445 is an AS568-445 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.975 in (202.57 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.525 in (216.54 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
