The SV70447 is an AS568-447 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 8.975 in (227.97 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.525 in (241.94 mm). This quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Viton® (FKM) is valued for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and many acids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
