-448 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

The E80PC448 is an AS568-448 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 9.475 in (240.67 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.025 in (254.64 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to water and steam, brake fluid, and ozone, UV and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is specified for excellent hot water and steam resistance, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Verify compatibility before use with aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels.
