568-449 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

U90449 is an AS568-449 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.975 in (253.37 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.525 in (267.34 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against impact and shock loading, petroleum oils, and ozone. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.

Typical settings include construction machinery, high-pressure fluid power, and hydraulic cylinders.
