Part number SV70450 is an AS568-450 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.025 in (280.04 mm). A quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists chlorinated solvents, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines are present.
