568-450 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

APG stocks the HSN90450, an AS568-450 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.025 in (280.04 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or esters will shorten service life.
