568-450 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Part number U90450 is an AS568-450 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.025 in (280.04 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for exceptional abrasion resistance and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Expect good resistance to extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and petroleum oils. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or acids and bases call for a different compound.
