568-451 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70451 is an AS568-451 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 10.975 in (278.77 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.525 in (292.74 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Expect good resistance to modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or ketones will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, automotive air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration.
