Part number HSN90452 is an AS568-452 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.025 in (305.44 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons are present.
