568-453 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70453 is an AS568-453 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 11.975 in (304.17 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.525 in (318.14 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons are present.
