568-453 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

APG stocks the U90453, an AS568-453 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 11.975 in (304.17 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.525 in (318.14 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers exceptional abrasion resistance, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils, impact and shock loading, and abrasion and wear. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. Applications involving ketones or acids and bases call for a different compound.
