-455 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

APG stocks the H50455, an AS568-455 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 12.975 in (329.57 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.525 in (343.54 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The compound resists propane and butane, hydraulic fluids, and water. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones or strong acids are present.

It sees regular use in construction equipment, automotive, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
