568-456 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-456 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 13.475 in (342.27 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.025 in (356.24 mm), catalogued under part number HSN90456. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or ketones.
