568-456 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Ordered as U90456, this is an AS568-456 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 13.475 in (342.27 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.025 in (356.24 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. Expect good resistance to abrasion and wear, extrusion under high pressure, and petroleum oils. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or hot water and steam will shorten service life.
