APG stocks the SV70461, an AS568-461 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 15.955 in (405.26 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.505 in (419.23 mm). A quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
