568-462 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90462 is an AS568-462 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 16.455 in (417.96 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.005 in (431.93 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. This material stands up to petroleum oils, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in acids and bases or ketones.
