SV70463 is an AS568-463 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 16.955 in (430.66 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.505 in (444.63 mm). In service, this quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is specified for outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
