Ordered as VITON75464, this is an AS568-464 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 17.455 in (443.36 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 18.005 in (457.33 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability.
