-467 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

The VB90467 is an AS568-467 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 18.955 in (481.46 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.505 in (495.43 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists engine and transmission fluids, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is specified for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or ketones and esters.

Common environments for this compound include aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and high-temperature process equipment.
