568-468 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

APG stocks the U90468, an AS568-468 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 19.455 in (494.16 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.005 in (508.13 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers very high tensile strength and load capacity, toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. The compound resists abrasion and wear, petroleum oils, and extrusion under high pressure. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or hot water and steam.
