-469 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

APG stocks the VB90469, an AS568-469 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or ketones and esters.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, semiconductor equipment, and oil and gas.
