568-469 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

The TES70469 is an AS568-469 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. Source specification: ORING 70 Durometer.

PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is specified here for seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core and non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface. It resists steam, nearly all process chemicals, and wide temperature swings. Published continuous service range is -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
