A80471 is an AS568-471 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 21.955 in (557.66 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 22.505 in (571.63 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Expect good resistance to strong bases, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and sour gas and hydrogen sulfide. Rated temperature range runs from -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
