APG stocks the E80PC474, an AS568-474 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 24.94 in (633.48 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 25.49 in (647.45 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for excellent hot water and steam resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. This material stands up to ozone, UV and weathering, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and brake fluid. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).

It sees regular use in water and steam systems, HVAC and refrigeration, and outdoor equipment.
