This o-ring is supplied in AS568-474 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 24.94 in (633.48 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 25.49 in (647.45 mm), catalogued under part number HSN90474. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with esters or strong oxidizing acids.
