APG stocks the HSN90901, an AS568-901 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.185 in (4.7 mm), a cross section of 0.056 in (1.42 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.297 in (7.54 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones are present.

Typical settings include heavy-duty powertrain, oilfield and downhole equipment, and automotive air conditioning.
