-902 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80902 is an AS568-902 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.239 in (6.07 mm), a cross section of 0.064 in (1.63 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.367 in (9.32 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and excellent electrical insulating properties. The material holds up against strong bases, sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). Verify compatibility before use with low-temperature dynamic service or aromatic hydrocarbons.

Typical settings include power generation, chemical processing, and geothermal equipment.
