568-904 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

APG stocks the U70904, an AS568-904 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.351 in (8.92 mm), a cross section of 0.072 in (1.83 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.495 in (12.57 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and exceptional abrasion resistance. It resists petroleum oils, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.
