Ordered as U70905, this is an AS568-905 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.414 in (10.52 mm), a cross section of 0.072 in (1.83 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.558 in (14.17 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers very high tensile strength and load capacity, toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. The material holds up against extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam.
