AS568-905 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.414 in (10.52 mm), a cross section of 0.072 in (1.83 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.558 in (14.17 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to abrasion and wear, extrusion under high pressure, and ozone. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and exceptional abrasion resistance. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature are present.

Common environments for this compound include high-pressure fluid power, hydraulic cylinders, and construction machinery.
